Comfy and nice but with a few drawbacks
Positive: Cozy place. Perfect for 3-4 people. Many restaurants and stores nearby. Close to the train station. Very comfy living room. Owners can be reached quickly and do a great effort to fix things ASAP.
Negative: Check-in was supposed to be at 3 pm. We arrived shortly before 4 and couldn't enter because cleaning staff was still there. There was previous guests' rubbish lying around (e.g. eyelashes in the bathroom). The dishes and kitchen utilities were dirty. The kitchen sink was dirty. In one cooking pot, the teflon coating was flaking off. The bedsheets had blood stains on them that were poorly concealed. The boiler wasn't working -- no hot water in the kitchen. Electric shower.
